One of the main activities carried out within the framework of the PHOENIX 4.0 project is the call for fundingaimed at financing collaborative projects led by tourism SMEs focused onresilience, sustainability, and digitization. The call will take place fromJanuary 15 to March 18, 2026. To ensure a rigorous and transparent selection process in line with European standards, we are also opening acall for evaluators, aimed at selecting independent experts who will participate in the evaluation of the proposals submitted. EXTERNAL SUPPLIER SELECTION DOCUMENTS FOR BENCHMARKING OF RURAL TOURISM DIGITALIZATION – PROJECT CLUSTERATLAS4MED
The purpose of this tender is to hire an external specialist provider to carry out benchmarking of measures to support the digitization of rural tourism and cluster initiatives, within the framework of the ATLAS4MED project, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED 2021–2027 Program. The service will include a comparative analysis of policies, programs, instruments, and best practices in the field of rural tourism digitization, with a special focus on creating enabling conditions in the MED Area.

FIRST-LEVEL CONTROLLER SPECIFICATIONS – PROJECT CLUSTERATLAS4MED
The purpose of this tender is to hire a First Level Controller (FLC) to verify the expenses declared by AnySolution S.L., as beneficiary of the CLUSTERATLAS4MED project, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED 2021–2027 Program. The service will include administrative verification and at least one on-site verification (travel expenses included in the price) during the life of the project, in accordance with Articles 74.1 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and 46.3–9 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1059, as well as the guidelines of the Directorate-General for European Funds (DGFE).
