Tourism has undoubtedly been the sector hardest hit by the pandemic and the positioning of tourist destinations for the future will be key to the recovery and reactivation of this important industry. The development of new tools and regulations that allow tourist destinations to position themselves as sustainable, covid free, etc., requires compliance with a series of indicators that help to obtain the necessary certifications. In turn, Smart Tourism Destination strategies are based on the acquisition and analysis of data that enable intelligent decision making based on an action plan marked by a complex set of indicators. In many cases, the information does not exist, is incomplete or depends on many departments, and there is no organization or methodology in the collection and storage of data.

NADIA DTI is a tool oriented to managers of Smart Tourism Destinations, where to concentrate all the collection of information for the construction of indicators, through the collection and analysis of the acquired data. It is a multi-user solution and allows to set objectives and goals. Its powerful dashboard, organized by axes, will indicate as a traffic light the level of compliance with the objectives, and thanks to its powerful graphics system, the user will be able to see the evolution of the indicators over time, or have real-time information on their status. The benchmarking tool will allow comparison with the rest of the DTIs, both with the average and with the best, allowing the user to set a general objective against direct competitor DTIs.

The data entry system can be fed automatically, thanks to its API-Rest, by csv files or manually. It allows to define responsible persons and to follow up the correct updating of the data.
