The Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), has recently published its European Mobility Week 2020 Reportwhere the main data on participation in the campaign at both European and national level are collected.
It is a pleasure and pride for us to have been included in this report as an example of good practice, thanks to the work we have developed within the framework of the European project STEVE PROJECT. In particular, this document includes the pilot that was carried out on the campus of the University of the Balearic Islands, with the implementation of a system of shared electric bicycles. Six electric bicycles were available on campus so that both students and staff of the UIB could test this type of transport, contributing at the same time to the collection of data that will allow the design and improvement of sustainable mobility services and solutions.
In addition to this Report, the MINECO has also published two reports two reports which include some examples of Mobility Actions (or Best Practices) and of Permanent Measures and Activities carried out by Municipalities during the European Mobility Week 2020.
