Through the TANGO platform, personalized services and recommendations will be offered to resort guests, such as transferring their room preferences by leveraging the power of IoT, seamless check in and check out processes without the need to present any official document (passport) or credit card at the front desk, ordering meals and services, always preserving privacy through tokenization.

Through their cell phones, travelers will be able to perform eIDAS (eIDAS) strong user verification remotely, eliminating the need for human intervention throughout the process. TANGO will also strengthen the cybersecurity of the smart complex that protects IoT devices through robust device verification mechanisms and continuous behavioral (device) authentication and risk assessment. This will ensure reliable data exchange between traveler-owned devices and devices belonging to the resort facilities.
