European Competence Center for Data Management in Tourism Destinations

D3HUB is a project initiated in December 2023, through which it aims to create a Competence Center that will help tourism destinations in their decision making.
This Center will also support tourism destinations in the development of their green and digital transitions.
The consortium is made up of 8 partner entities, under the coordination of AnySolution.
So far, a series of workshops and surveys have been developed in order for the center to respond to the real needs and challenges of the sector.

Target
The goal of the Competence Center is to solve the problems of EU destinations to accurately measure the impact of tourism for systematic decision-making based on sound data, leading to more sustainable management and marketing.
This effort will contribute to increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector, perfectly in line with the green and digital transitions outlined in the Tourism Transition Roadmap.
The project will design, test and pave the way for the creation of a self-sustainable European Competence Center.
D3HUB is supported by the Statistics and Research Council, as well as the DMO Council and ecosystem.
